One inclusion standard. Every school.

Across multi-academy trusts, inclusive practice too often varies according to local expertise.

SENshine provides MATs with a shared inclusion framework, while respecting school-level context.

It does this by:

  • Equipping all staff with consistent tools and evidence-informed guidance to meet diverse classroom needs.
  • Strengthening the SENCO role, freeing capacity for leadership, quality assurance, and strategic oversight.
  • Giving leaders visibility, through consistent data and shared contexts, into inclusion delivery.

Proving Impact

Embrace is a new product. We are working with our early customer-partners to track and evidence impact. Our impact estimates per ave. school/yr for 2026-27:

  • 46 days of saved (process streamlining & automation).
  • Replacing need for £18K/school of expert consulting.
  • Engagement of learners up by up to 65-75% (the impact of learning supports according to independent research).

Embrace delivers these benefits – and enables SENDCOs to go from firefighting to actually coordinating – by:

  • Delivering safe, evidence-informed expert guidance through AI. So that teachers get expert-informed guidance at the point of need, not months later.
  • Digitising assessment, planning and review processes for ALL staff. So that provisioning becomes consistent, visible and takes less time.

For MAT leaders

SENshine Embrace is the perfect tool for:

• Trust-wide visibility of SEND practice and provision.
• Evidencing good practice at inspections or tribunals.
• Staff empowered to lead inclusion – less expert dependency.
• Reduced staff burnout and SENDCO bottlenecks.
